All bills are due upon receipt and are past due after the 15th of each month.  Bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a 5% late fee.  Payment methods and options are listed below.

Automatic Draft from Credit/Debit Card:

• VEC accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover
• Credit/debit card drafts will occur on the 1st of every month

• Bank drafts will occur on the 5th of every month
